PSTC governs its operations in a very unique way. Different levels of functionary bodies make PSTC effective as per its policies, guidelines, mandates and approved constitutions.

  • PSTC does have a number of devoted volunteers who form the general council of PSTC which is at this moment consisting of 24 honorable members
  • Among the general members a Governing Body is elected at every two years interval which is the executive body for setting up the standards and reviewing the overall policy guidelines of the organization
  • The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer along with other GB members oversee the implementation of the ongoing activities of the organization on a regular basis.
  • Involvement of general members (GM) is ensured in decision-making process through annual general meeting (AGM), special meeting & committees
  • Guided by its own Vision, Mission & Values and adherence to systems and policies
  • Internal and external audit systems are in place
  • System of monthly performance review meeting both at project and corporate level
  • Strategic plan and yearly roll out
