Welcome to the National Youth Network (NaYoN)!
The National Youth Network (NaYoN) is a dynamic, nationwide, youth-led platform dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in Bangladesh. With a growing network of over 300 members across Dhaka, Gazipur, Kushtia, Narsingdi, Mymensingh, and Faridpur. NaYoN fosters a culture of inclusion, equality, and active youth leadership.
We equip young people with the knowledge and tools to lead change within their communities, drive policy advocacy, and ensure youth voices are heard in both national and international conversations.
Our Core Areas of Action
We work passionately across five interconnected pillars to improve the lives of young people:
- Advocacy for SRHRJ: Championing Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice.
- Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE): Equipping youth with essential, age-appropriate life knowledge.
- Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Awareness: Mobilizing communities to prevent and respond to violence.
- Mental Health & Wellbeing: Breaking stigmas and promoting holistic mental wellness.
- Youth-Friendly Health Services: Ensuring accessible, non-judgmental healthcare for all young people.
How We Work
NaYoN operates through grassroots action and strategic capacity building, utilizing peer group awareness programs, community campaigns, interactive workshops, and advanced leadership training.
Our members don’t just participate, they lead! Youth insight drives our entire direction, with members holding key decision-making roles within our forum. Established with the support of PSTC and collaborating with stakeholders like IPPF, NaYoN bridges the gap between youth action and systemic change.
