PSTC has been in its operation through 72 offices with 22 clinics and has been working in 20 districts of Bangladesh which are Dhaka, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Munshigonj, Kishoregonj, Narsingdi, Noakhali, Lakshmipur, Mymensingh, Sherpur, Netrakona, Cumilla, Feni, Chandpur, Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Faridpur,  Jashore, Khulna and Kushtia. A number of 862 workforces are currently involved around the country to carry out the PSTC’s missions. The male– female ratio is 1:2. PSTC worked and has been working in several districts of Bangladesh and covered more than half of the country which is depicted in the map shown below.
